Our objective is to make real difference to the
clients we work for. We believe that five things

Focus on results
We will not proceed until we are clear about what
you trying to achieve and how you will judge success – and
if you are not sure, we can help you decide.
Following an initial discussion, plus perhaps some
additional interviews, we will set out in a draft
proposal our understanding of your desired outcomes.
The proposal will also present, in detail, suggested
solutions to achieve those outcomes; together with
an estimate of how much the project is likely to
cost. The proposal is intended as a basis for further
discussion until you feel it meets your needs.
Up to that point you will have incurred
no cost and you are under no obligation to engage
Intouch. Clearly, we hope that you will
